    NYE is our most in-demand date of the year. Weekend NYEs get taken 6–9 months ahead — don't leave it to autumn.

    Plan the midnight moment

    Have a dedicated 'countdown' clip queued on the main channel. At 11:59, pause the music, cue the clip, and everyone hears it clearly through their own headphones. Champagne cue lands on the button.

    Use three channels wisely

    One dancefloor channel for the peak-time bangers, one classics channel for the older crowd, and one 'chill' channel for guests who want to talk without shouting after the countdown.

    Budget for the premium operator rate
